QUOTE(attw @ May 18 2019, 09:50 AM) Well yes, they have moved on from their Flagship Killer motto but if you consider the prices of flagships now vs when OnePlus first emerged, they are still offering flagship quality hardware at less than flagship-like prices. Of course they are no longer playing in the less than RM2k field, they left that for Xiaomi, Honor and Asus. Today prices of hardware increases dramatically, in order for them to maintain what they used to charge consumers <RM2k for a phone would be absurd. I remember when I bought my OP1 years years ago it was RM1k but mind you that iPhone were at the RM4k and Samseng at RM3k mark.. but today look at these guys.. going beyond. What Mi, Honor and Asus lack is their OS. |

QUOTE(Ethan Hunt @ May 22 2019, 12:01 AM) Finally price have released. But dang expensive ler compare to US pricing. Not siding OP in anyway but my thoughts are they came out with the Pro variant to rival or penetrate Samsung and Apple's top tier market. It's not like they ditched the regular variant and jump straight to this model, they still have and gave us a choice between this and the regular OP7 which pricing to us is still unknown, but I do believe it will be under RM3K. All i'm saying is in the past they only had 1 variant, today 2.If like this, i might go for Zenfone 6 8/256GB. Hopefully will be below 3k. Even Xiaomi Black Shark 2, SD855,4K Mah,12GB/256GB cost RM2999. This oneplus price reach RM4,000. |

QUOTE(doppatroll @ May 22 2019, 08:04 AM) Well if it is 3.1K or below abit ...it might be worth it, if added custom tax it probably around 3.2K ... because we might not know how much AP vendor selling at the moment... could be 3.3 - 3.4K since there is room to play around as local set cause 3.6K for similar spec... True. I won't be surprise now that AP sellers know what the official prices are (which they were all waiting for past few days), now they can strategist their sale plans for higher margin gains. what AP don't offer is the wireless bullets and extended 1 year warranty. |

QUOTE(Max2006 @ May 22 2019, 11:48 AM) Thought I would buy from shopee. And the nebula blue only left 1 unit. I clicked and added it to my cart, but I couldn't find it in the cart! I guess I was too late...Damn! If not mistaken last night when I made my order it was still 25 in stock and this morning all gone, left the grey.No choice. Switched to Gstore. Bought it. Hopefully it will arrive in these 2 weeks. update: that is odd, nebula got a restock. This post has been edited by dragna: May 22 2019, 12:07 PM |

QUOTE(Max2006 @ May 22 2019, 12:05 PM) Yup. When the price came out, everyone is rage. But in the end, they will still buy no matter what. LOL. However, 50 units for each variant is not a lot. So it's expected. But here come the question. Why they put so little stock for their own official store to allocate? I really can't understand their business tactic. Very confusing. My guess is to avoid expectations of taking too many orders and can't deliver on time. |

QUOTE(Baenre @ May 24 2019, 05:04 PM) It's weird though. OP is able to come up with clean OS, multiple customizations, good specs but still lacking in the camera depart ment Well they can't have everything great in one else you'll really be paying premium on top of what you're paying today. Most OP users have accepted the mediocre camera that comes out of the box, anything better than the previous gen is a bonus to be honest It's OxygenOS that outshines every competition out there and that is what most users choose this over their counterparts. |

QUOTE(Hitman190 @ May 29 2019, 06:49 PM) That brings up an interesting point, will there be a 7 Pro T? Certain speculation says that there will indeed be a 7T that slips in between the 7 and 7 Pro. Maybe the 7T will have a better screen, more memory and storage, and maybe a pop up camera too. My guess is they most likely will refresh the standard model with a T variant and release a Pro once a year. |

If more people starts complying to change grey then whoever that's working paper work and consignment packing better be diligent else they will definitely be in for a big after holiday treat where customers will be banging their doors asking why get wrong phone, wrong configuration, missing this gifts etc..
