Razer pay is still new in market line as few place able to use it. if can add some feature like bigpay for top up CC earn CB, spend and get reward cash back like boost shake, spend and get point to redeem gift etc...
i think most of ppl use it because of free RM10 during registration on last year and discount coupon. |

for now Razer Pay withdrawal kinda sucks, maximum per time can withdraw RM50 saja
they allow unlimited withdrawal and each withdrawal they charged you RM2 they yet to piss me off else i gonna report them to BNM this stupid limit see my conversation with the chat support below  |

There is rm5 voucher code for in store rm20 spend in Razer pay.
I just use it at Starbuck sibu. I reload my Starbuck card using Razer pay rm20 and only charge rm15. 25percent discount for reload the Starbuck card |

Do I need to reload rm 100 to buy gift card from 7e or I can reload only rm 80 to buy rm 100 gift card? Also, can I buy 2xRM 50 gift card in one transaction or the cashier will need to split into two transactions? My first time buying so just want to ensure I do the correct thing. Thanks! |

At this moment, you can forget about CC top-up for RazerPay.
Not too keen on their cashout as it's no point doing it with fees which is not attractive compare to other e-Wallet (Boost). Only use it for the sake of discount coupon, which I can pay 20% lower from my overall groceries bough from 99speedmart. Well, you can consider 20% disc on any merchant that accept Razer Pay (up to max RM20 capped cashback). When come to this, I think it's giving me greater saving compare to shake reward. |

Please do not buy any Starbuck cards from 7-11 for now, they have issues.
Very bad experience first time buying from 7-11. Took 2 x RM 50 card, wanted to pay. Asked the cashier if can use RazerPay, he said cannot only cash. Asked him why cannot, gave a stare at him, then he said he can try. Then I didn't notice he just scanned 1 card only, then I straight pay, wasted my discount (so only get RM 10 discount). Asked him why he just scanned 1 card, he said use RazerPay cannot pay 2 cards, I was really like WTF. Then just used another code to pay for the 2nd card. Then tried to activate card, received notification card already registered. Called SB customer service, then was told that they have lots of issues with expired card sold by 7-11. Asked me return to 7-11 and ask for refund. I told him, I already opened both cards, how to return, moreover on the receipt clearly stated goods sold not refundable. Then he said, they should know of the issues already, just ask me to try. I'm baffled that if they already knew it, why still selling the card, should have removed everything from the shelved. As expected, with the damn blur cashier, he refused. I don't blame him, how would he knows if I've not reloaded the credit already, since the card already opened. Then SB customer service said just wait 2 weeks they try to resolve it with 7-11. For Netflix gift cards, they carry no value until activated by merchants (I assume it's 7-11). This is stated on the gift card. First time buying and no issue. Will continue buying on Monday.

For Android, I'm not able to Top-up using Debit Card (in this case BP card). I just tried few mins ago. Good for IOS user to be able to top-up.
Cash out option is not attractive unless someone can prove rm1500 without fees, then can fight with Boost ady (at least for IOS user la). |

Just want to update here, Starbucks quite efficient actually, they've already re-activated my card, so it's working now. But they still advise not to buy from 7-11 first until they solve all issues (no deadline given)

For those in Penang, previously I went to 7-11 and bought MBPP RM4 x 2 (paid RM6.40) worth of parking coupon with Razer Pay.

By the way, the 15% coupon (max RM 15) can be used to reload mobile using its in-app reload system. |

VVIP arrived during lunch time. On the spot, there are QR code (4 of them) to be scan to redeem vouchers. Not bad. You only all 4 daily ... means max in one day. Come daily and grab it multiples one in your pocket..     |

After fiddling with android and ios, i think the difference is for android there is no claim button, but such button exist in ios.

Even though the roadshow is ending by tomorrow (Friday), I'm wondering if we could still scan it daily until 30-Jun (last day of voucher validity).
RM3 instant rebate is like free money for me..haha. Claim daily and spend daily. |

Just try bigpay card at ios app.. seem like razerpay treat it as credit card.. cannot pay with bigpay debit card but other bank debit card can

which debit card can be use for top up? I added BigPay card, it added successfully, but when I want to top up, I just cant select the added card. Tried again with CIMB-Lazada Prepaid card. Also same problem. can add, but when top up, cant see the card. |

20% vouchers are back and I can spend on Zalora gift cards but it doesn't accept credit cards/BP for reloads. So difficult to convince myself..
I am going for travel soon and I will need some new clothes because will travel for two weeks, maybe not washing any clothes. Zalora is going to be handy for me to shop but again not able to use CC/BP on RP really turns me off. Regret I didn't reload enough during glitch time. |

Has anyone buy razer pay pin using razer pay app? I've tried once but the cashier says cannot purchase razer pin using razer app and when i emailed to support service says can pulak.. quite embarrassed right now to try again but if its really can, i wouldn't mind to try once again just need to be confirm before to do so

Razer Pay™ Terms of Service, each person shall only be eligible to register for one account per one valid MyKad/Passport. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and shall be terminated upon detection. The one account here means one tel number or 1 account per ic can be used for multiple no. |

Had my first glitch with Razerpay on Monday. Prepaid topup success on Razerpay's end but credit not received in the phone.
I did back-to-back RM5 reload to the same number. First RM5 OK. Half expecting the 2nd RM5, a minute later, to fail and it did. Now see how well Razerpay support is. Submitted a report via their website form. Jul 1 11pm: Glitch. Reported via website Jul 2 4pm: Support replied asking for PIN, serial number and transaction ID. First facepalm. Prepaid Topup where got PIN or serial number. Jul 3 2pm: Replied with transaction ID in screenshots. ...tbc... |
