Seconded you. I used all 7-11 vouchers to buy any breads (esp Massimo).

Look like new vouchers keep pouring in but not widely announced by RP itself. (eg. just saw Cosway voucher appear again).

I reloaded rm30 digi. Used to be instant. but now already 24 hours not receive reload yet... called razerpay many time no one answering the call. how to report

Tried adding my debit card into RazerPay app. However, card went into my pocket instead. When I try to top up, I have to key all my debit card details again? Anybody know why this is happening and how to overcome it?

Hmm. Nope. I don't have this issue of adding new card again when topping up.
Go to Wallet > Top Up > Debit Cards/Online Banks > Key in amount > Add Funds > Method/Choose Payment Method > Your Debit Card (last 4 digits should be displayed here).

Yes, it's normal for cards are parked in "Pocket".

fruitie After I add card and card is in pocket, then I tried topping up. Followed your steps, but when I chose debit card to pay, the card number is not displayed but there's a message saying 'please link your own card'. So how do I 'link my own card'?

I wonder is it because I did not verify my profile, and that's why although my card is in my pocket but somehow it refuses to allow me to top up?

That's rather strange. Confirmed it's a debit card ya? Try with another card or remove and add again.
I don't have issue with my PBB debit card.
I don't think you need to be verified to top up. smile.gif

Either ask 711 for refund like what I did
Or call Starbucks hotline to reactivate

711 seriously need to pull out all the cards
