I'm thinking to pay my assessment bill with razer pay. But, does anyone know whether I can get a proper receipt which shown the bill amount I paid.. bcoz in the txn history will show the amount after rebate..

Perhaps can ask CS of the relevant services you paid to send you a statement of account (a week or two later after you have made payment thru RazorPay).

Forget Razerpay if you want a proper receipt for tax/company claim.

not for tax / company claim, just in case there is no payment update at local council, at least i can show proof of payment to local council... like if i use Gopayz, i can still screenshot it from the app after payment showing the actual amount i paid... Razerpay also have all the payment details in txn history, just the amount is not the bill amount but shown after rebate amount...

Hi, im new at Razer pay. How do you apply the 10% rebate coupon for bill payment? Im planning to pay my electric bill. SESB.

You collected 4x 10% (-15/2/21) capped at RM10 coupons?
If yes, use in-app "Bill Payment" module.
Then pay RM100 and confirm the payment (RM100)
Apply 10% coupon, you just need to pay RM90 and key in your PIN to complete the transaction.

Not sure how you can check at SESB, but I pay to Sarawak Energy, I will find the payment recorded at SEBCares 2 days later.

The 7e I approached when I asked if they accept Razer pay, they said no. I was like why it is not accept

Maybe not the original 7e under Berjaya but franchisee.
Maybe the cashier didn't know how to operate, and the manager was not around.
But there are some transactions blocked from using Razerpay such as paying bills and mobile reload.
