Yes verified users only.
4x bill payment vouchers (-RM2 for RM10) are valid till 15/10/20 only.
(I used the last one yesterday - Sarawak Energy)
4x KFC vouchers (-RM3 for RM30) are valid till 31/10.
4x 7eleven vouchers (-RM2 for RM20) are valid till 31/10.

Quite a lot of vouchers recently, but you must claim when the vouchers are released.
I could claim nearly 100 bill payment vouchers (no limit) in August and paid nearly 50x RM10(-RM2) to my Sesco and KWB accounts till early September (1x per Sesco account daily). This round I could claim 4x only. Hopefully new vouchers will be released this/next week.

So possible the next voucher to be released is after 15th October. I will keep my eye on it.

Not able to overcome this yet. Try IWK, change PIN, use fingerprint ... all same error.
Chasing to use all RM2 disc voucher seems not successful.

Looking this, not an isolated issue. It might be some incompatible apps issue.
I'm using Huawei sub-brand (Honor).
Tested using Samsung ... also failed.

Perhaps iOS and Android could possible the cause.

RP rectified the problem already. Just managed to pay IWK using the last of the RM2 discount voucher.
