Currently I'm facing an issue regarding of the maintenance. The story is like this, i used to pay the maintenance fees every month until when the management office keep collecting money without doing anything. Therefore, i request to make it transparent, show the account to all the shop owner but they refuse to do it. May i know where can i report to or what can i do

By strata act the MC needs to send copy of audited report to COB. |

But b4 tat u must gather ur notices or emails to them which r not replied or replied but with funny excuses. U need majority owners to join force with u. By performing a solo stunt I doubt u stand a chansi to win.They collected maintenance fees more than 10years, but they didn't maintain any single things. |

is this stratified shop lot or not?
If yes, under SMA Act, during yearly AGM, need to table 3 months audited account to all owner. Do u have any JMB/MC?? under SMA act, they also cannot be a JMB/MC more than 3 terms if i not wrong. They cannot hold the post for 10 years. |
