Celeron D400series + Asrock PT880-VSTA + x1950GT + his current DDR1 should cost around RM850. Or just grab ddr2. It seems ddr2 1GB price quite stable now around RM150 and below.

The price for high performance part usually not increase too high coz of less demand than value part. That is what i think.

The only solution is to find the cheapest brand around. Unless if u need to find specific chipset like D9XXX then u need to add some cash.

Still producing for sure, but maybe will phase out when ddr3 become mainstream by the end of 2008.

Most likely 256MB for RM50 and 512MB for RM100. But thats maybe imposible for 2nd hand.
