610k cannot get you anything in BK5 for landed subsale, sorry to say, unless you get lucky and there is a very desperate owner/lelong, which so far, only 2 from Kinrara Residence and 2 from Bandar Kinrara, all which are above your budget by a lot.

TS can consider Jalan Merak on BPJ. 610k top up to 650-670k should be able to get you a double-storey landed with F&G
