so the market price for landed at BK5 is above 800k? As i try to browse iproperty can see some listings below 700k, wonder is it a real deal.
I am new to BK area, also looking for landed house for own stay.

Those below 700K most likely are 20X70 type and also can be nearer to the monsoon drainage or the BK5 mosque.

I believe the map is not the updated one. This is judging from the Enggang Apartment not being reflected in the map. The one I was shown to in Pejabat Tanah was 2 months ago when I was looking at the lelong house in Kinrara Residence.

Yup. I think some of them in there are also titled “0% DP, BK5, Stamp Dufy Waived”. These ones are most likely in Cyberjaya or as they call it Puchong South. But 700k is pretty rare unless they are really desperate or they could be like what you said.

i have stayed in both cheras (tmn segar side) and kinrara area for more than 10 years each.. i will personally root for kinrara, the golf side, not the old jalan puchong side.. now or and esp considering future developments.. maybe explore high-rise with lower density if you hv budget constraints.. good luck..

610k can't buy a landed property there... U only can buy those 2nd hand without Reno done

610K, You can try Bdr Puchong Jaya subsale - tempua 18X65 and Kasawari 20X65 but slightly smaller house and also nearer to amenities compared with BK.

actually im ok without reno cause previous reno might not suite for me . but seem all is over my budget haha

If your work place is at MV, ideally you should buy BK2 or BK3 area, nearer to Jln Puchong compare to BK5.
You can also use the Taman UOG route to go to OKR. I can reach MV from BK5 in 30 to 40 min (depart at 7.15 am) BK 2/3 should be faster.
Bandar Kinrara is a very nice place for living. LRT, SRJKC, Giant, POS, Maybank, PBB, Serdang PDRM head quarter, shops, all within minutes. Last but not least, BK is one of the rare township where you can live next to a virgin tropical rain forest right within the city centre.
