Heard facing Genting lower floors are sold out. Pm me maybe got extra perks.

Only two concerns for this project
1. Distance to nearest hospital
2. Sustainability of environment: How to prevent landslide

1. According to GMaps, nearest hospital I believe is at Gombak. Otherwise, there's a wellness hub catering to minor treatments within walking distance and also some clinics at Genting Permai & Gohtong. For major issues better go KL for treatments.

2. I don't think landslides can be prevented but seeing other projects like these on the hills, I think they have to be checked and approved before even starting the constructions.

Genting is facing more than 50 landslide during this year end, some is quite serious.

Main concern will be the moisture aka kulat developer wash hands after DLP

I've been staying at Geo38 for the past 6 months. The moisture at midhill is actually not that bad compared to hilltop and I believe the sinking fund you pay is going to be used to maintain the façade of the building.

still skeptical with Tropicana capability to carry their promises... see what happened to their Metropark project...sold at high price but buyers get only normal residential projects without any vibrant commercial elements attached...

But fortunately for Tropicana Gardens buyers...eventhough the design for commercial and offices keep changings few times...but at last the project had been built according to the plan...

for this Wind City project...its considered very huge... especially for Paradise phase....which is very important element for whole Windcity development. If the plan cannot be materialized .... can say bye bye to the rest phases

where or who is going to supply all the development water and power?

There is no option except existing providers, TNB and local water authority, for sure they have been engaged during planning submission for approval

Why you first day live in Malaysia ah? Other than tnb, who can supply electricity? You expecting Tropicana build power plant there ah? Water use rain water mountain water flowing down from genting????

Genting resorts world is big boss in this mountain… all developers need to please the boss cos the boss has final say on electrical and water supplies … you don’t know meh Genting also has their own power company…. The project will not sellable if no selling point relates to The Boss..
