Do passengers feel bumpy/jumpy by sitting at the rear seat of Honda HRV?
I am looking for used Honda HRV and came across the owner said that the reason for sale is due to ride quality is not good especially rear seat feels bumpy/jumpy.
He already fixed it and currently is lesser bumpy/jumpy and he said this is the nature of HRV.
Any HRV owners can help to clarify this?
Thank ya.

Thats to be expected with rear torsion beam setup (mainly to cut cost and have better rear leg room). Go for multilink setup if you want stability + comfort, but may have slightly less rear leg room.

yah no wonder the owner also told me overall car ride is not comfy and not stable.

Yes my impression toward HRV is a comfy and spacious small size SUV.
Seems like i need to re-consider.

Btw, if you really want to buy HrV, you can test it first before buying. No, am not referring to test drive cars. Am talking about socar. Go download the app and find the place nearest to you to rent a HRV. Rent it for 1-2 days, Then you can justify it yourself.

If you need the promo code, Pm me.

I sat & driven once previous gen CRV 2.4L and yeah it was really stiff and bumpy.
To be honest it was very uncomfortable coz very harsh n noisy.
But i never expect such feedback on HRV as well since it is smaller size.
I need to find a unit to test it 99 before making decision.

It's bumpy and floaty. But then generally people buy for the space, both boot and interior. I't not as bad as Aruz, Avanza that kind of setup, but still far cry from a good ride.

If you want almost perfect ride, get the CX-3. It's tight, body roll just perfect between comfort and good handling. Ride on bumps and yellow markers is so sweet.

Yes sat on latest CX5 before and felt much more balance.
Definitely better experience than previous gen CRV.
Too bad it is out of my budget.
