Tbh, I see no wrong behaviour on the part of the Merc driver. That Myvi was slowing down a faster vehicle and refused to get out of the way, despite having many opportunities to move to the left.

Perhaps they were going faster than the speed limit, but there is no need for the Myvi to play enforcement officer and deliberately slow faster vehicles down.

True. Only ignorant and ego drivers hog on the right lane aka passing lane. Can drive fast but cannot signal left and move to left temporarily?
