Saw this notice this morning, even on website notification


BUT no data/info at all - even website notification's link show nada


Poked ShopeeCS with screenshots above and asked for data/info BUT ShopeeCS literally asked me to provide snapshot again.. braindead or eyes-unused

Any fellow forumers having details? Worried that my topups are unusable for certain stuff or limited in some ways

my guess is Shopee so busy firing staff until no one taking care of the content updates heheh. Even Christmas midnight sale also bad link.. pfft..

er.. notice of changes without changes stated = notice compliance 21 days before change?

me too - did $999x3 +$998x1 only and then ngek! PAYMENT button greyed out
last times - $999x4 +$998x1

hm.. did they change the YEARLY limit?
shouldn't be monthly limit coz my amount this month is more than MGM's & Barracade's Vs MGM's > Barracade's this month

Tested buying other stuff using ShopeePay, simple $10-$20 spectacles' holder. Ngek - max spending amount message.
Thus, either my annual max hit (most probably) OR ShopeePay reduced the monthly max usage, which is a low probability since MGM's & Barricade's spending was lower in SSPN.

the intellects at Shopee CS giving me the runabout, asking for details, asking for snapshots of "error msg" (none ma, just greyed out) and even screen recording of transaction after sending them the "error msg" from normal purchase & SSPN. sigh.. moving all my online shopping to prefer Lapsapda

WTF? serious kah?

sheesh.. thought something so stupid was executed. just kaka "process English"

Tested. Seems to be Ok now, just used $4999

previously topped-up - Jan & Feb, coz like others, i had a sum stuck & Shi*ee CS gave me the runaround of screenshots, video recording, etc

maybe brainiac developer/coder used 365 days as the base for the yearly max transaction, then calculated incremental per day basis until full circle thus, most of us hit different "wall" last month, mine was $3999. Technically more accurate but practically

waiting to reload after CCs' statement date

i just topped up $3K+ from 2 cards, after spending earlier $4,999 (max spending pm)
There's a max holding of $4,999 if i'm not mistaken

yup for shops with QR and accepts SPL. i've done several times with hardware shop in SS 14 but funny thing $3K one-shot tak boleh & also done several times with AEON BIG

i kena that b4 too - it was a TnG QR, not the standardized QR nowadays

i had same issue - turned out that my registered PB card with Shopee was expired (same card number, different 3 digit CVV). i removed it & registered new with Shopee - then ok
