Can, i have been using 2 shopee accounts all these while since the beginning of shopeepay. I'm using dual app, so i can access to 2 shopee accounts using the same device.

Oh i see, so mine must be the new one. That means in order to be able to pay any amount rather than the fixed billing amount, i need to pay the outstanding before my billing generation date on 11th. Thanks.
