out of no where my shopeepay got banned when it is a verified account. I tried to read through the history, really cannot tell huh why it's banned sometimes... the thing that annoys me the most is i have money stuck in there and shopee can just hold the money huh....

i only have 2 accounts but been using that for months as usually the free shipping/coins vouchers are limited so once finish, i use another account... one is verified...the other is not verified...

ok, the thing is i have been doing this for months if not more than a year...actually may be even more than 1 year already...suddenly got banned... btw...my shopee acount not banned, i can still purchase but just use internet banking...just shopeepay got banned only...

ok, thanks for sharing...once this issue settled, i guess i will try use different phones already and maintain that account. thank you.

yeah... me here...whole household account kena limited access...
have to initiate customer service and they will send email to you ask for info/clarification...now waiting for them to check and revert... dunno what went wrong also....i asked earlier..if you share phone then high chance kena already. ... my case is usually 2 account login 1 phone... Hi everyone... question... shopeepay max wallet size is rm4999 only. Does that mean if i want to buy item above rm4999 then i cannot pay via shopeepay anymore?

Hi. Anyone got solution for Public Bank credit card not able to pay via Shopee? I am getting error message, it won't even trigger me to Secure Sign.

gais...for sspn payment via shopeepay... is it now that you cannot make 2 payments within 24 hours period?
i made one payment yesterday...around 5pm+... today i just made payment a while ago and it says pending verification now and the status stuck in "To Pay" page... |

i saw many comment saying SSPN payment not working, i guess it is only from Dec 1 onwards? because i paid on Nov 30 and it was fine for Nov 30 payment...
