the spay 0.31cent or rm31 ? (Dont know how get rm31) when scan qr , what is the minimum amt for qr payment to play the lucky draw?

got a voucher from CC , attempted used but it did not meet t and c , so it was changed to saved only

but when checked back, already used

contacted CS , no response for 2 days.

it wrote used
but its a cc redemption voucher so can't be fully redeemed (except by me)

actually from hsbc, tnc is for selected shopee seller
the one i chose was not , so when i entered it said not eligible and was process under "saved"
later on cannot find it and found out it was marked as "used" instead
