Shopeepay at Pos PAM outlet no longer get rm3 rebate.

I paid at 10am rm15 pos PAM machine .. no cash back. Have raised a help ticket with Shopee.. see how

did you get any shopeepay offline cashback today prior to PAM payment?

I got rm2 when paying rm20 at PAM mytown. Shouldn’t it be rm3?

Can stack Caltex RM40 get RM4 and RM15 get RM3 together? Meaning pay RM40 one time get both RM4+RM3?

or need to pump RM40 to get RM4 first then only pump RM15 to get RM3 or in reverse order?

for me if cannot get both together, might as well spend RM15 each day to get 20%

Yes, I purposely left my tank to be empty and pump RM 15 almost everyday.

RM 15 can only fill for 7.5 litre

Both campaigns are different and running concurrently.

RM 3 daily cash back with min spending of RM 30.
One redemption per day per user and not restricted to Caltex only.
Campaign will end by 30/6/2021

i have done PAM payment yesterday to DBKL, 1st RM15 got RM3 cb and 2nd RM15 got RM2 cb. it is stackable for PAM cb and daily cb. i done it at 6:30pm.

please note for PAM cb is once per shopee pay acc.

My Shopeepay account got banned. After talking to support they said I used Petron daily cashback. I do not use multiple accounts neither phones.
