Shopee detect user just like Grab. They know your Device ID which is unique on each device.

Congrats, now both of your account is tagged by their system. Even you get a new device, you login either one of the previous 2 accounts, once you login 3rd account, the 3rd account will get tagged as well. (and the new device get tagged too)

So you must be thinking, how about getting a new fresh 3rd account to login? Nope, the system recognize the same address and/or CC/DC unless you use CASA to topup onto the ShopeePay.

Unless you have fresh new CC/DC and/or address that previously didn't use before.

Their system algorithm will auto tagged those multiple login device of that 'particular' account and/or device ID will on their monitored list.

So if anything gone wrong they will say hello to you.

as far as I know. Individual Merchant with NRIC or SSM direct under ecode (axiata) without more than 1 branch/outlet still charge 0% as of today 2021.

PAM is not everywhere, dont forget your time, your car parking, your tolls. So does it worth your RM3 saving? Unlikely unless is nearby you or you got go there on some purpose.

If you don't do it, someone will so if slow cannot blame on others.
