Weirdest thing ever - Shopeepay kept refunding the council bills I made tonight. Not sure if it's bcz of system glitch or voucher glitch?

The only experience I had was paying the same bill more than once in a day. I was still new to Shoppee that time.

It happens quite frequent at Lazada. After you pay at Lazada bill payment, the data will be transmitted to the payee in minutes, if the payee fails to respond (due to maintenance or mis-communication) or reject, Lazada will cancel the transaction.
Not sure if it is similar at Shopee bill payment.

What's even weird was that, a bill i Paid on the 26th got refunded too, but when i check the authority's statement online, it reflected as paid at their end lol. I did not make any double payments on that day though.

What is the limit for shopeepay when buying on shopee? It used to be 1.5k per order. Is it still the same? Planning to buy a TV costing around RM2,100 to get 15k coins but need to use shopeepay.

Everyone, Don't withdrawal your shopeepay balance to CIMB bank accounts, it's seriously slowwww! I have trouble of withdrawal my balance to CIMB bank account. After I submitted the withdrawal of shopeepay balance to my CIMB bank account, it was like 4 days later and I still did not receive any funds withdrawal from shopeepay to my CIMB bank account, I have look at the transaction shopeepay and it still says in progress even on day 4! When I withdrawal shopeepay to Maybank, it was quick in only 1 day I receive funds withdrawal from shopeepay to Maybank. But when I withdrawal shopeepay balance to CIMB, it's slow Slow SLOWWWWW! I contact customer service support and it tells me I need to wait for another 1-3 days according to the transaction date! This is pretty bad experience! Mine was RM84.01 withdrawal.

Still received RM3 cashback today at 11:13 AM, last 2 weeks didn't get any although spent on early morning of weekdays 😅

I strongly suspect they reduced the quota. Maybe some hero complained to bank negara and forced to audit their transactions.

Time's up soon, 31 days to go.
If Shopee wish to continue the daily cashback promo, it is Shopee's right to rewrite the T&C, including reduced quota.
We should appreciate Shopee had been so generous in the past 2 years giving daily CB (10000/day since February 2020 and 20000/day on ShopeePay Day).

Well, at one stage I felt the appreciation. After they randomly ban people from the same household without updating their T&C, I dont feel that anymore.

Not many places accepted till early 2021.

ahhh but KK accepted with some smaller cashback. That was my first ban to "safeguard" my account.

Wasn't aware got 15-3 until May 2021.

Now that withdrawal process failed. So I'm gonna withdrawal it again, this time withdrawal it to maybank account instead of cimb. Wait to see if the process going well.
