Digi validity will not extend if you top-up RM15 multiple times.
Example:
Today top-up RM15 = validity 15 days
Tomorrow top-up RM15 = validity still remain 15 days

there is no specific digi cashback

RM15-3 is generic daily cb for participating shopeepay merchants; digi is one of them.

i am using digi postpaid.
and currently my due payment is RM4.80.
so if i use shopee pay to pay RM15 for the purpose to get RM3 rebate, will the extra paid credit RM10.20 be carried forward to next month bill?

You redeem the vouchers, not subject to the daily limit except the expiry date.
it is 40% cashback voucher, ie if you spend RM4, you get RM1.60 cashback only, not RM4 cashback.

I didn't buy as I still have a lot of coins (>10000). Even I still have some RM3 vouchers I won from Shopee - "YES Spin & Win". 

I guessed 2x monthly, but ShopeePay might have reset twice so 6x this month, +1 bought in March, so we end up having 7x now. Try again on 1/5.

BTW I will buy Ecoshop vouchers soon, they can be cheaper than Mr DIY. But there is an error to buy Ecoshop voucher at this moment.
