You will not be able to enjoy the voucher at unlisted station.
However, you can proceed payment without voucher.

The voucher is valid for use at all selected stations. You don't need to choose location when purchasing the voucher.

I also don't get just now. I bought at the 99speedmart that I usually go to. All the while can get RM3 but today failed.

So did you fight for the missing cashback? Or it automatically credited after that?

just now went to Billion Supermarket and spent RM7.40.
I did apply the voucher (RM2 cashback, min spend RM5).
When the cashier scanned my QR, the payment was smooth and my screen did pop up message "You saved RM2".
But when i check back my ShopeePay trxn, the cashback RM2 was not added to balance yet ! The trxn of RM7.40 did write "cashback earned RM2" at the top.

Add up the case of missing RM3 cashback from 99Speedmart yesterday, now got 2 cases already.
Feel headache to chase back all these missing cashback !

Yes, open case already.
After being disconnected a few times using mobile shopee, I now use desktop version to chat CS.

Now phobia already, dare not use ShopeePay anymore until problem solved.

I just realized that buyer don't have access to "Chat with CS" on desktop version Shopee. Sorry for overlook.
Mine is a Shopee Seller Center page.

I think better this way. You write email to help@support.shopee.com.my , attached screenshot of the affected ShopeePay transaction and the merchant hardcopy receipt. They will do something.

Tesco/lotus cashback just started not long ago, it is valid from 7-Jun till 31-Jul., different from the daily cashback campaign which supposed to have ended on 30-Jun.
