reconfirm at Pizza Hut - this branch not in the voucher list and I got a "Voucher cannot be redeemed" error. After that, the voucher is automagically removed. If i were to scan again, i would've paid in full without the discount voucher.

End up paying with Quantum Visa since I don't know and never thought of the 20-4 discount although this branch is full of the 20-4 ad.

let me rephrase a little. The voucher was "unapplied" from the QR/Barcode screen. it's still in my list of available vouchers. unless you mean it's still applied in your QR/Barcode screen?

Well, worst is KFC near my area. QR reader is eternally broken.

finally it's my turn to run into these problems.

a couple of weeks ago, I chatted with their support. they want a long list of answers that I couldn't recall. Among them are Merchant Name, Transaction ID, Amount Spent, Cashback Expected, Cashback Received and a screenshot (i think).

Other than the DIY voucher, didn't get cashback for 15-3 in KK. I think their system problem since the DIY voucher didn't work. Transaction shows $4 cashback earned but didn't receive it.

not very sure about this. Usually by the time it's reflected inside My Wallet, it's also in the Main page. Did refreshing the main page work? On my phone, drag down and release and it'll refresh itself.

cashback from vouchers are usually slower, upto a few mins. Only the 15-3 is instant.

yeh. KK was working yesterday. It failed today after DIY voucher, so I dont know if it's over or system problem. Caltex voucher was working in the morning.

haha. just additional hassle only. I didn't even chat with them this time. After reporting cashback problem a couple of times, already know what they want. Just compile and email directly. 1 email per problem.

i'll continue to use vouchers. just not the 15-3 yet until voucher problem is resolved or until more people report 15-3 is working again. So far only 1.

Received response from Shoppee for the 15-3. They will credit my account within 7 days.

Voucher 10-4, asking for screenshot again, though i've already provided them. so, no progress.

Nope, didn't submit receipts for both cases. I still have them.

It's a countrywide problem, they should automagically cash back to everyone instead of waiting for cases.

The main reason I intend to file complaint to the authorities is just as same as we reported scam case to the police. If everyone keep quiet because it's just a few buggy thing, cheater can easily become billionaire! The second reason, every time I chat with the customer service, they give me some explanations but was rejected by the proof that I provided, when they reply back via email, repeated the same thing in the chat again. I can understand the frontliner may not as experience and much info as the management, and due to time constraint most of the time they cant provide proper resolution, but I can't accept the one who email us, after spending about 1 week++ still don't know what kind of promotion they are having etc, just copy and paste the same reply from the frontliner.

Yesterday was countrywide problem. But yeah, when there are multiple cases and they can't resolve it, it's about time to go for the authorities. you'll need all the proofs that you have, i.e. screenshots of the transactions.

Direct email them lah. Queue up to chat also they will ask for same details.

haha, indeed. I found out recently from 6.6 and 7.7. So much for the hyped promotions that they quickly run out of vouchers. Sharp on the hour also couldn't utilize the free shippeeng vouchers. not going to waste more time with 7.7 - as soon as I've utilized my $3 vouchers, I'll be gone.
