My Samsung phone crashed so I reset to factory default and reinstall Shopee. After reinstall and login, I cannot topup shopeepay anymore. There's a security message says cannot proceed and ask me to try again tomorrow. Anyone encounter this issue before?
Checked with CS they are not helpful just say they will raise a ticket for their team to check.

One thing I hate about ShopeePay later is i cannot see the merchant description for offline payment. I don't even know what I paid when I tried to view back later.

I wish there's an option for us to key in how much to pay back for shopeepay later. Let's say I owe RM1.5k and I want to pay RM1k with credit card A and RM500 with credit card B.

I tried with my account at PAM, managed to get RM200-20
Then immediately after that I tried my wife’s account, but she couldn’t get RM20. Very weird. She haven’t done any transaction using her shopeepay this month.
