topup issue is a norm la  , especially special days due to immense traffic volume going through payment gatweays/banks for processing.

1. If there is 1 month 0% and 3 months 0%, always take the 3 months so that you have more time to finish your payment.
2. Before you make any spending with Spay, check if want to pay off the current Spay debt first, else it will snowball bigger.
(Same thing with Shopee purchase, before you confirm Order Received, check if you want to make early repayment first).
3. If your card cashback has been exhausted, try to defer payment using SpayLater.
4. If your card still has cashback left, you can choose to pay with card directly without going through Spay.
