I top up few hundred to my Shopeepay only to realize I get only 2 free shipping vouchers. My dad's Shopeepay gets 6 FSP. Is there any way to transfer my credit to another account? I am on ios while he is on android. Unable to click on his username, so cannot use the send function.

I cancelled one order and received confirmation of cancellation and will be refunded to my shopeepay. Before I reload again, any idea how long it takes for the money to be refunded?
