I didn’t realised bigpay card was not accepted for bill payment too. I pay for a bill it was declined but the amount was reflected at my bigpay and need around 14 days for refund I am crying now

Yeap because at first I can’t add bigpay to my shopee so I Mai directly pay using bigpay in the end money deducted but transaction failed.

Contacted both shopee and bigpay Cs need at least 7 days for the money to be reversed
