shopee parcel tracked arriving in area in less than 24hrs, yesterday morning. so it is normal to expect delivered yesterday.

called HQ; promised delivery today before 5pm.

called branch; never answered.

ambush at 6:30pm; guy point to service counter and had the cheek to say "our phone is faulty" at the same time his colleague is dialling the phone. in Google review; other customers have been reporting "never answered" for months so he is basically telling me TM not capable of repair his primary business line for months.

parcel was instead NOT at this tracked branch.
had to go and fetch elsewhere instead, few kilometers away.

never again.
i lodged dissatisfaction of this particular courier to shopee and seller. told them to rid of J&T.
