for those who think their aircond 'not cold' problem can just be repaired by topping up gas, i will say don't do it!
there is definately other serious problem once  the aircond is not cold, and dont delay, please repair it fast,
as the longer you keep on delaying the more damage it will be 'such as rust in the piping from moist?' etc and you'll
end up spending more $$$$ to repair!

i ask my mechanic in seremban, there is 2 type of cooling coil and compressor for car a/c
one is original and another cheap one. The cheap cooling coil are made by APM (costing RM170 ~ RM200 here)

I was told the ball bearing of my aircond compressor is spoilt.  I drive a Honda City 1.5 manufactured in 1999.  I was told by one workshop to replace the compressor, expansion valve, etc will cost me RM1k++.  If new compressor will cost me in all RM1.9k++.

What is your quote for recond and new compressor for my car?  What is the warranty period?  Can you please provide me the location map to your workshop.

My HondaCivic 2001 ES 1.7L just refilled with aircond gas yesterday
and immediately after the gas refilled the compressor kicked in and blows AC air,  but after 3 hours driving its stopped again. And I can hear something 'hisss' sound when i put  closely my ear to air ventilation outlet.  My question is, from your observation please tell me where exactly part was leaking? Is it possible my cooling coil has leaking or any related to expansion valves or wear n tear parts like O rings..etc? How much the cost for cooling coil new and recond part for this model...

Got some problems here, last time did a/c service for my Satria 1.5 Auto last year in JB, no prob...as cool as it be...

Yesterday when i turn on the a/c, the engine 'dead'. i think something to do with the a/c, without aircond, no prob at all...a day before i can feel that my car had no power when the a/c is ON...hehe

Good news is, i'm from tg malim...anytime i can reach u there, bro
