b'coz of ur car need to clean the air cond system... nod.gif

hi,

im having a problem with my aircon,
my gas only last for 2 days after i top up
the aircon technician says the gas is liking from the compressor (somewhere near the belt)...
I ask him whats the best remedy to this and says i got to change my compressor since there's no way it can be repaired...

may i know your thoughts here?
how much is a recon compressor?
how much is a new unit?

i'm driving a citroen zx 1.9
by the way, im from ipoh..

here's the photo..

it me took a minute to bend over in front of my car and get a good position biggrin.gif
hope this will help..

by the way, my friend is having a 2nd hand compressor for zx 2.0
however the piping is different.. i mean the input/output pipe connection is different..
it has a small and big pipes for input/output...
his compressor is sanden r134..

the aircon technician says the compressor fitted into my car is an r12 type..
dun know the brand..

but maybe need to use back the rear cover (the in/output pipe there)

Bro,

Do you have a/c compressor for Citroen or Peugeot?

My aircond only cold if car is moving or I accelerate the engine.
Hurry to fix this, cannot than when stuck in jem. To hot.

bro is it possible to change bearing to my compressor..my car mazda 323 b6t engine years 89..how much the cost? it got sound when i off the aircond..but when i turn on a/c... the sound goes off..

- clean coil + add compressor oil
- replace receiver drier
- replace air con pipe
-refill r12
