Bro, just want to ask..my car saga blm, whenever i turn on the aircond with engine running, i can hear loud blowing/hissing sound (not always, maybe once in 5-10 min very random) coming from the compressor. At this time, i can feel the power loss/jerking from my engine, a lot. Really annoying. Some people said proton use compressor from 2.0L engine for this 1.3L saga .

Can u recommend any compressor that can suit to this 1.3L engine? I want a good compressor that didnt surge the engine power soo much, if possible no at all BUT can still feel the coldness and quiet too? Maybe use smaller size of compressor? Need advise from a pro Thanks

Atoz 1.0 auto. whenever on aircond (compressor running), if i stop the car (on D and press break), the car will still feel like want to move forward for 1-2 seconds before finally settle down. This is not happening when off aircond.

Do you think is compressor problem? This is not a gearbox problem after diagnosed by a GB expert.

i think is similar with myvi one...
coz when air cond on...the ram is high...maybe 1000rpm+ (normal without on aircond is 800rpm+-)
then u feel like the car wnt to move forward...

that y cold when running or when RPM is high (3k +-)

Bro, I got an enquiry here. I have a Proton Wira with a 4G92 MIVEC engine (1.6 litre, using the Proton 4G92 block). I recently got my compressor changed as the previous one was faulty. I got a recond unit, and it's a rotary-type compressor (same as the older one).

Problem I'm facing is that whenever I switch on the aircond, the engine power drops a lot! When idling, it's about 1100rpm with the AC off, but when the AC's on, it drops to about 400rpm. Besides that, even when cruising on 5th gear at say... 100kmh, I can still feel the sudden pull when the AC comes on. I also faced the same problem with the older compressor.

Is there any way to overcome this problem? Perhaps get a different model, and modify the mounting and piping to fit my engine? I also have a Year 2000 Proton Waja, which is completely stock. Simply love that compressor as there is absolutely no noticeable drop in RPM and power when the AC comes on. On top of that, it's also cool even at the lowest setting...

Bro my car model is Saga LMST, the compressor is kong already, just wanna ask u coz a lot of people said that the ori saga compressor is not good/ cool enough.
