Fook Chow is Fuzhou in Mandarin. It's the name of a city in China.

In the early days, some Chinese migrated from Fuzhou to Malaysia. Most of them settled in Sitiawan in Perak and Sibu in Sarawak.

Nasi goreng Fook Chow must be their style.

In fuzhou dialect it should be HO(K) CHIU iianm, similar to hokkien pronounciation
