If you are suspicious, you should google up the company that you are to be interviewed at.In addition, practice your own caution, if the location seems shady, walk away. Lost time is better than regret later.
As for her asking you not to attend other interview, it may just be that this job agent wants you to attend the interview if not the client will give her a hard time.
