Guys, may I have your attentions! Please take note that, this fella is completely a scammer, don't get cheated even they have the proper registered SSM info, invoice slip and bank account.

I have made the order for 3x aircond, 1 tv and 1 washing machine from them. Firstly, they send me their company invoice and ask for (10%/20%/30% depend on the cheater's mood) deposits. After a day later, they say will get courier service to send out the items. Then show me the consignment form with full of details and ask me to pay for the balance (80%). Once i made the payment, the seller no longer response to me. And i check with the courier service, they told me dun have such shipping order exists in their system.

Myself is one of the victims, and I managed to found other victims which also cheated by this seller.
- If any other also cheated by them, please leave me your contact, we shall group together and take further action on it.
- Meanwhile, we have lodged the police report and send the inquiry to related authorities.

since you have the ssm number, purchase the director info from mydata and bring your army go mob his house

What was the cheat?

The ppl registered under those company is just their tools, already get ppl to send them to police station. The ppl behind them still hiding

They were on Mudah.my some months back, same modus operandi. When it's too cheap to be true and payment before installation / delivery.. walk away.

what is their wrong doing?

These ppl is being used by the BIG BOSS, use their identification to register the company and bank account etc. But they dun have any power and access to it.

Upon reporting to Mudah.my, they have removed the ad. Hence, no longer listed ...

My experience with their method :
1. Cheap ad for aircond online
2. Upon contact, ask for your full details and invoice will be send online to your email (generated from : invoicequick.com)
3. Ask for deposit payment (~30% or more) to be bank in to a local company account

What gave it away for me :
1. Refuse to accept full payment upon delivery+ installation (&Price was too good to be true, -20% from avg. market price)
2. Refuse to provide company registration number
3. Ask for shop address / proof of address (ie, TNB bill / SSM registration), refuse to provide
4. Been very pushy at the end when above 3 points were asked to him

Back then , the seller was operating under the name of Steven : 6013-4927763

I am not sure if it's the same person now, but just the case itself have the same resemblance from the product/ way.

If one is ever to be cheated, be cheated because the cheaters were smart. As one said, if the deal is too cheap, then it wasn't the cheaters who were smart. It was the cheated who were fools.

Don't forget to lodge a police report too.

Carousell didnt control on that, we cant do much on those platform. What we can do is get the awareness from public only.

I also just confirmed that i have been scam by them too. RM1200. i will go to report to the police and see anything can be done from there

Friendly advise, future purchases consider Lazada. Payments are secured and will only be released to seller once the items are delivered to buyers. And prices are suprisingly cheaper too.

I would still says its more secure than other platforms.

If is too cheap to be true, don't buy.

I am in eCommerce business, but I don't trust listing platform like mudah and etc, because there get the cash directly.

Proper eCommerce environment you pay the platform where they hold the money once is deliver, the platform will pay the merchant.

One more time, don't be lazy or think you can get cheap deal online, especially high value items.

Luckily ive gone to check his bank acc info before i bank in to him n saw this post. The bank acc hes given me is Cally Clother Enterprise which is the same registration number as u mentioned (JM0896657-M) after ive checked with my data. he is in action now beware everybody

Wow, that scammer was trying hard... Luckily you did the proper checking before purchase, please kindly share the news with the ppl around you. Don't let other to fall into the same trap again.

For your information, he got another partner (named as Saiful) who act as DHL courier.. This man will contact buyer & telling them that the items are on delivery blablabla... I suspect that this “Saiful” is actually Calvin...why? 1st, his starts his conversation with me with selamat and not Assalamualaikum.. and he prefer to use ‘I,You’ which are weird for Malay courier😅...be aware with this number 01163675184

i have his company registration details n proceed to make police and tribunal case against the company.

All fake name that's for sure. Scammers won't use their real name unless their bank account number. Do can track their bank number reg.

The banks didnt take any action on the scammer bank account, anyone have the idea on how we can escalate this issue, so that the bank will at least freeze their accounts?
