Hi,

I sold my property many years ago, but still receiving letter from Majlis Perbandarn for cukai tasiran.
how to deal with it?

What i did recently was to email them the relevant pages of the SPA and to inform them to do the name change - i did get an acknowledgement back..
so that would work or otherwise you have to make a trip to the Majlis perbandaran office to do it..

thanks for the reply, will do as what you suggested. Now need to search my S&P because really so long already until I forget where it is.
