I sold my property many years ago, but still receiving letter from Majlis Perbandarn for cukai tasiran.
how to deal with it?

cuz your buyer did not change the name that is why you keep getting it...
What i did recently was to email them the relevant pages of the SPA and to inform them to do the name change - i did get an acknowledgement back..
so that would work or otherwise you have to make a trip to the Majlis perbandaran office to do it..

indah water - just call their hotline and they will assist you ..no need to go over personally..
