I had injury due to gym. Now whenever I move my hand, I can feel cracking sound due to fraction of bone. My elbow don't feel pain, just got the sound. But my shoulder feel pain and got cracking sound when I lift up something.

I don't have this problem before this. On 18/4, I forced myself to lift heavy weight. But that time I don't feel any pain and was ok. Then after 3 days when I visited gym again, only I noticed cracking sound from my elbow and joint.

Has anyone here experience similar problem before? Will it recovered by it own or the damage is permanent?

I've never had that before. The last I injured myself was because I did dips with improper form which resulted my wrists hurting like hell. Do you know what sort of workout triggered that?

There are two types of "cracking" sound, physiological and pathological. Commonly, physiological "cracking" sound does not produce any symptom like pain or showing any swelling or effusion, where the sound is from the pressure and rapid release of gasses inside our joints, just like cracking your knuckers.
Pathological meaning, sound that produces after injury to the particular injured joint, and it produces the symptoms mentioned and may be ROM restricted.

If the "cracking" sound affected your daily activities or exercises or any symptom, you should seek for help from the professional medical advices, like physiotherapist or doctor.

I think you should visit the doctor and make the x-ray photo for yourself just to be sure in all that. That doesn't look good at all. Please keep that in mind. Next time try to use when you do some heavy weights things like hondrotin and glykozamin, they will help your bones to get over that.
