better deployment as
1. they are not from local district as they have different kind of detachment
2. tactical trained rather then a special task forces that will be only set up in a special case
3. even broader crime jurisdiction, kalo dulu narks dengan narks aja, vice takle campur mcm ni depa bleh team up ngan STING or STAGG terus pasal training, module dan sop sama.
4. easier to deploy, way2 easier rather deploying the UTK/VAT for operations
5. higher man power

and they also used as bodyguard for menteri and VVIP as well including small and large area protection. They are only based in Peace Hill (lol) and only deployed if necessary
