right now im very interested in buying Asus TUF A15 RTX30 that will coming soon. Bought a hp gaming laptop around 3 years ago but its hinge fucked up and did not managed to find sparepart for the hinge. The only thing that I worry about asus is the warranty and customer service. Do anyone have experience about their current state of warranty and customer service? is it better now?

I didnt see asus tuf a15 rtx 30 in the recommendations. Is the laptop not any good? Bad cooling?
