Bro does MSI laptop recommended? Particularly the model below.
MSI THIN GF63 9SC-891 : i5-9300H + GTX 1650 MaxQ + 4GB Ram +256GB SSD + 60hz IPS = RM2999 (Lazada can get as low as RM2899) MSI THIN GF65 9SD-009 : i5-9300H + GTX 1660ti + 8GB Ram +512GB SSD + 120hz IPS = RM3999 Only downside is low SRGB. But i think most budget laptop does. The GF65 seem good value with GTX1660ti, while the GF63 is good value for laptop under RM3,000. What your opinion about this? |

QUOTE(steevan1000 @ May 15 2020, 12:28 AM) i fully understand your point, its jz that the SSD kaput less than 3 months after buying Its electronic parts bro. Even reputable brand will some faulty sometimes. This kind of things we really cannot predict lor.that's way too unacceptable, even when use cheap stuff, should last more than 3 months right? I saw the Forge 51 start using Western Digital Black already. |

Well Acer Triton 300 retailed just at RM3699 (can get lower in Lazada), come with 144hz, 72%NTSC and 300nits. I wonder if its a good display. Don't have a opportunity to view in real life.
The rest of the spec is i5-9300H, GTX1650, 4GB Ram, 512GB SSD. Cons: Thermal is not that good. |

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ May 24 2020, 10:06 PM) 1650Ti not worth it, upgrade RAM to 16GB for dual channel and lower cost (manual upgrade more expensive) My current office Laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad X280. I think i got used to the flexibility of the 180 degree flip. Appreciate if my personal laptop able to do the same. Thanks. |

My friend informed me that Acer just released new Triton 300 configuration with RTX 2060, 6GB. SRP at RM4499. Lazada can get as low at RM4199 from reputable seller as NBP Store.
Wow! Cheapest RTX 2060 laptop so far. |

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ May 28 2020, 11:43 AM) The panel is 144Hz actually (check with psref) Wow! 144hz is added bonus. Actually im fine with 60hz as long it is 100% sRGB.4c8t i5 is a bit bottlenecking nowadays but should be fine in many games due to HT, the 4 zone RGB backlit is ugly IMO lol. And the 4 zone RGB also like bonus to me. Kinda digging that syle. Really worth the wait! Better buy fast before sold out. Thanks for all the help and input bro. |

Bro im wondering. For Lenovo laptop, does the retail unit price will follow exactly like "web price" or will follow after discounted price eg: if one use code such as LENXCIMB?
Eg: Webprice RM5699 / LENXCIMB price RM4559. Retail price will be? Thanks. |

QUOTE(Destim @ May 28 2020, 05:57 PM) They actually had better deal previously for last gen model. Wow! I see. I just recently in searching for personal laptop and been comparing the price/spec ratio. Looking which is worth to get.I got i7, 144hz display, 32GB ram, 1tb ssd + 1tb hdd, rtx 2060 for rm4.4k last year haha. The current lineup is more expensive actually I think because they bundled office now. If not mistaken, previously i saw many Lenovo Legion listed out of stock, price quite good. So that's why this time i hurry purchase. |
