If purchase from brick n mortar store, we have the privilege to see and test the product there and then. Of course usually the pricing is a tad higher, but for me, having the opportunity to inspect the laptop before purchasing is in itself a big plus. Hope you are satisfied with your purchase. By the way thinkpad lines normally lasts longer.

Bought Thinkbook 13s G2 last year, changed Mainboard twice due to hanging. Fan noise is very loud as well at certain point, even when I'm not doing anything heavy.

I think this model has issues, stay away if possible

Hi guys . I need a laptop recommendations

Budget : 3.5k - 4.2k
Usage: Office work and light - light medium gaming

Requirements:

1. Ryzen 5 or Ryzen 7
2. No HP, Dell, Acer
3. 2 upgradable memory slots - 2x8GB DDR5

My friend said his supplier only have quite recent stocks....no old stocks. I'm having a little difficulties because I'll be using my workplace's money (loan for computer purchasing) instead of my own cash; have certain rules to follow.

Becareful of new CPU architecture. You may run into unexpected software compatibility issues, even setting up hardware (like printer, etc.). My friends who bought 2 units now regretting it kaw kaw. Sure, it's shiny, sleek...but if you are into work related stuff, better stick to something proven (Intel/AMD). But if willing to venture into the "new" stuff, go ahead and enjoy. Good luck!
