Hi guys! New here but I am really interested in this RumahWIP Aman Jalil. This will be my first property.
Only concern I have with this property is leasehold. I have a few questions if anyone can help please? 1) Does anyone know the end date/year for this leasehold property? 2) Can anyone rationalise the pros & cons of buying leasehold vs freehold property? |

I received my Surat Berjaya Tapisan and got my loan approved. Now waiting for S&P signing. Anyone here have got their unit already?
