-biggest rumawip (5.6acre) 900sqft                                                  

>>> 5.6acre devide 1260 total units = 225 units per acre ; total 10 lifts for 1260 unit = 126 units share one lift
>>> Vista Danau = 3.721 acre devide 910 units = 244 units per acre = 9 lifts for 910 unit= 101 unit share one lift

126 unit share one lift is a headache, look at good example= Season garden. Many ppl all move out due to this problem.
One fine example is also the rumawip surie pantei. 896 unit for 3 to 4 lift only. good luck babes for those who bought surie pantei.

Aman - fail yard placement, fail bathroom placement, prepare to let other ppl spy on u shower. MAIN door entry had been compromised due to this placement
