I asked about this and it seems she didn’t answer directly, all she said was non-bumi units are first come first serve.

Oic~~ I think is no more units rdy because before launching for non-bumi units sold out jor. Then still have people in waiting list also. I’m booking in June.

Wan ask u. My loan haven’t approve yet but I need go for sign S&P 1st and now they ask me paid deposit rm30k and later will refund rm1k for me. R u also facing same thing like me? Before launching I paid rm1k for booking fees rdy why they don’t want straight away deduct from booking and we just pay rm29k for deposit?

Read thru the post, it seems very hot property like many people just bbb without really consider much on it.

This Rumawip entry price 300k, lh, with facilities, but around 1 km to LRT station, high dense area, layout wise both toilets and third bedroom facing corridor.

Oh well, I only see two plus points here, cheaper entry price + with facilities. For own stay, if really like it I think is fine. For investors, only rental play.

Still acceptable in overall just because of two points cheaper entry price + with facilities. But good buy I don't think so.

1) The SA got mention to me there is two possible way. First is they refund the rm1k to me. And second will be deducted on the deposit. But they didn't deduct the rm1k from my bank as I use cheque for the booking fees. So I guess its ok.
2) No, I sign the bank offer letter only proceed for the S&P. And they include the rm2800 legal fees on my bank loan

You still can find area that is not as high dense as this. And also you still can find lower dense project which is not over 1000 units.

But if your only considerations is just price, cannot wait and lack of budget/cash than go ahead.

If you are just asking which area is lower dense and not over 1000 unit, there is a lot of options. You should tell is there any price limit? Locations in KL only or nearby KL also count?

Look at the old list which is on 2017, you can see a long list with lower density highrise already (including many from KL). And now is 2020, there are even more highrise with not over 1000 units in KL. I am surprise you ask this kind of question.
