I think start from this project, all projects under residensi wilayah will be 900sqft and above. No more <900sqft. The last one is skyawani 4. Wait for JL99 Residensi Wilayah @ Sri Rampai will be 900sqft also.

Layout seems ok just that the kitchen is open.

Wow, seems like a very good deal given the price, the layout, the facilities and location.

Wonder how other condominiums in this area will perform rental wise and subsale wise.

I think its quite good deal. The lowest price for property nearby behind this project : Ppam mercu jalil 245k 1000sqft but no facilities, this project got facilities 900sqft 300k. Not bad la for property nearby.

Different project. PPAM Mercu Jalil / Residensi Bintang is under LBS. while 2C Taman LTAT is under LTAT.

Can I know the PPAM PARSEL 2C BUKIT JALIL TAMAN LTAT location address ? I cant find the location in google map .

Last time I asked the agent, they say the corridor cover with tiles.

I fill my data in website and print out surat Akuan go for stamping. Waiting approval from DBKL then only can submit loan. Anyone know take how long to get approval from DBKL ya?
