Oh well I thought MCMC will help us to follow up. But seen like nothing can be done from their side. Until today, Maxis didn’t call me neither mcmc too.
I don’t think the line is bad. My mobile network connection is good. Now the case is they didn’t activate my 4G wireless dongle since they installed on 16Feb. And when I trying to call maxis that time, no people want to pick up.
Sad to say, MCMC work like "follow process" type.....
1. u raised complain
2. forward it to Maxis or whoever company u complain
3. Depending of the company u complain, your case, Maxis, no comment, but, my case, my complain is TM, they never call me
4. TM reply to MCMC, issue closed
5. MCMC closed the case without referring to me at all. I got to know it when received email from MCMC say case resolved. Re-open back, write comment say not resolved. The resolution given is something like what you posted, as good
as nothing.
6. Continue open, keep follow up every month, no resolution
7. After dunno how many months, they auto-closed again. And, re-open bac. Stype 5 repeat for 8 months
Another case I complain about Maxis. Different issue from you, got cheated by dealer, verbally offer me better package with lower price. I accepted. But, when bill come, it no different from walk in package, more expensive than my existing package, which no longer offered. Forced me to the new package, double the price, contract 2 year.
Complain to Maxis first, they say cannot do anything, contract sign, black and white. I told them I got evidence, communication with the dealer agent. They don't honour, say follow contract. Got pissed off, I complain to MCMC, cc Maxis, with all evidence. Maxis kecut, customer service call me, I told them, I just want them to honour what dealer agent promised, nothing more, nothing less. Or, reverted back to my old package. BTW, the agent absocne, uncontacted, first claim misunderstanding, promise to solve, but, when first bill come, give me shock. The Maxis CS say he cannot decide, need get his boss approval, as what I request is beyond his authority level. I say, ok, u go ask, u know where I stand, what I want, non negotiable, I have all evidence, whatapps communication with your agent what promised, now u told me that the package not valid, ask me accept Maxis One Plan 98. 30 min later, he called back, say ok, they give rebate RM30 for Maxis One Plan 98 for 2 years, I need to pay RM68 only, exactly what I was promised earlier (prior to that I use surfmore plan, pay RM50 per month only, but, no unlimited call and sms)
If your case is your 4G wireless not activated, then, u go Maxis center harrassed them, ask them come to fix. And, raise the issue in MCMC, open new complain. Don't combine into old complain, if there is. If previous complain is same, then, continue follow up there. Need call them, speak to officer in charge. Although no help, but, at least tell them u follow up, keep the pressure
