No prbs. LM is quite worth IMO but it really does depend on a lot of factors

Got some people comment about it causing corrosion... wonder if its true to a certain extend

The business model is like that. They are like dell last time which allows massive customization to what you want to buy. This is what happens when you get too many customers and you cant customize so many laptops.

Eventually they will need to find a business model that works for them if they want to continue selling custom specs.

Been using raven SE for almost a year. 2019 end batch. so far so good.

Good luck illegear! Have a sitdown with management and find a way to resolve the issue perhaps

I'm confused with the model names for their gaming range.

What are the diffs between onyx, laguna, raven, selenite etc?
*
raven for mid range
onyx pro for high end..
ionic are like ultrabooks

others for certain type of users like 17" screen

Im a raven user here. If i get to choose again i would go for onyx pro, last time noob dunno which to choose. Ionic really good for work except for the ugly non-visible keyboards.

Thanks.

Been thinking about getting either an onyx v amd or ionic for IT work. is ionic keyboard really bad? I'm used to thinkpad keyboards where its keys have slight inward slope and are few milimetres apart making it easy for typing.
*
Its not the typing but the visibility of the text... hard to see haha... find a model with 92WH battery and accordance to the weight you want. I think onyx non pro version got something similar. If you like Ionic design and built.. better wait for them to replace the keyboard first. Or go to the showroom and feel the keyboard see whether acceptable to u or not

Thanks. Not that I like the design but hearing abt the battery life from techrodent made me considering it. But now i think I'll just go for onyx v.

Also I think they gonna release new ionic soon with black keyboard. May want to wait if you wanna opt for ultrabooks. 200g weight difference
