your temperature go up till what celcius when using 100% on the proc? mine when gaming it will shoot up to 94C which can burn hand yo

And what’s the cpu gpu fan RPM when it’s at such temps?

That will tell us if this is a more widespread issue (maybe a specific batch?) or not since a few raven users are complaining.

On one end I’m so freaking tempted to get an onyx G although I wanna wait for a ryzen model, but also a little wary of the QC issues. For example my 2016 ge62 keycaps are still flawless

Sadly, a lot of reported issue. Poor hinge quality, battery bloated after a year, keyboard keys no longer functioning properly.

Really worried now since I've ordered my Raven SE 2 weeks ago. Previously had read a lot of videos and most seemed ok until this review. Don't know this is a 1st gen Raven issue or Raven/Illegear brand issue as a whole.

Can any other Raven user confirm this?

I am not able to be sending my laptop in for service in the future as I will be using this laptop for my uni studies in overseas, therefore will not be able to come back Malaysia for months. Really worried now that various problems will arise after a while.

Can anyone who is experienced chip in on this? May want to consider a refund/cancellation now if these complains are true and happen to many others.

I noticed onyx and rogue Ryzen Nvidia GPU driver is quite old.. also the latest Nvidia driver doesn't recognize the GPU so cannot install.. stuck at version 442.80 with quite a few bugs

Hi, have anyone here formatted their illegear laptop before?

I formatted my Illegear Raven few days ago, and the raven command center was gone, contacted the support team and they gave me the installer to that command center. However, when I installed it (and a lot of reinstall too) I can't even run it, I really don't know whats the problem,

So I'm just curious if there's anyone who managed to reformat his/her laptop and managed to install the raven command center successfully? Some first-hand experience from other owners might be helpful.

And no please, don't ask me to go send in my laptop just for this thing, really not worth my time.
