All those ECO type engines will use 0-20. The non ECO ones would start at 10-30. 10-40 are for old 90s' engines where hybrid has not existed yet.

The thinner oil helps in fuel economy. And also higher tolerance designed engine should not use too thick oil. The main thing about new gen engines are ECO friendly.
