Here's some good recommendations for you to consider. I stay in Taman Desa.

They don't fit all your criteria though.

Danau Idaman Taman Desa (300k+)
Danau Impian Taman Desa (300k+, Leashold)
Danau Murni Taman Desa (Leasehold)
Bukit OUG Condominium (300k+)

parklin 950 sqft, trading at RM340k for subsales now, freehold, 1km to muhhibah, accessible to ldp,kesas,mex
rental goes around 1200-1300 for partially furniture

but since u work at midvalley, drive will take u 1hours at morning.

suggest you go for taman desa, alot of older condo, but go mid valley is nearer and that place more atas.
