Ok, so ... probably this has been answered dinosaur years ago. But I heard there were new changes in Paypal since last year. I just opened a paypal account and linked it with my bank (RHB bank). It's already been more than 24hrs and the status is still "Checking". I know there's a waiting time. Plus, I want to transfer the cash from my RHB bank to my paypal balance.

On the otherhand, I've linked my debit card as well (RHB bank, same as above savings account). It's not "confirmed yet" and was told to key in the code upon their 2 deposits into my account and whatnot. Now, how long will it take until they send me the said code?

Also:

1) Can I still send payment (Goods and service) overseas to US even if i have $0 paypal balance? If so, can i do so via my debit card which (if they finally send a code) is confirmed? How will the money be transferred?
